Tributo is a mobile-first, multilingual tax assistant for self-employed people and micro-businesses. It turns a confusing, high-anxiety process into a simple, guided one that answers three questions: what to pay, when it's due, and how much to expect.
We are not an accounting firm, an ERP, or an e-invoicing provider. We're the intelligence layer that helps you understand your obligations — and always points you back to the official sources from DGI and BPS.
Why we exist
Tributo was started by Fedor Chishchin, a software architect and engineer specialising in AI, after moving to Uruguay in April 2026 and discovering first-hand how hard it is to handle your own taxes here — even with the best tools available. You can read that story on our blog.
